Kidney failure but good urine?

Hello!  Please reread my first post where I explain that we do not comment on other vets' blood tests and offering advice about what to do next. If your vets are satisfied that no kidney disease is present, what are the symptoms that are concerning you at the moment? I think that your next task is to jot these down and ask the vet that you have decided is responsible for the case, whether they feel that you need to worry about any of these at the current time, and to take it from there.   Best of luck!
