This is my dads leopard gecko but he was neglecting it so I moved it to my room so I could care for it. I already have a 40 gallon fresh water tank that I have to keep between 70-80 degrees as well as a ball python that I have to keep around 80-90 degrees. This makes it really hard for me because now that it is in the warmer months my room is staying at 80-90 degrees even with all my fans on and windows open, so I need to get this leopard gecko back to health so I can get it out of my room and into a good home. The leopard gecko will not eat, probably because his eyes are severely capped so he can't see. His hemipenes is also brown/red and is severely inflamed. I have resorted to feeding him a liquid concoction of mashed up mealworms, meat baby food, and Flukers Reptile Vitamin. I have also been using Flukers Repta Rinse in an attempt to loosen and eventually remove the eye caps. The state this poor little guy is in makes me sick and this is my last resort before driving out 2-3 hours and paying $500 for the nearest exotic animal vet. Here are some pictures of his condition.

Hello! Hopefully by now you have got this little one to an appropriate vet. With reptiles it is vital to keep them at the correct temperature with the correct diet and most lizard vets will start there. The ulceration to the nose looks severe and painful so paying the extra cost for gpod treatment is strongly advised. Given the Covid outbreak, it may be that the specialist will see you via video link-up. Best of luck and please do let us know how it goes.
