Liquid and white spots

I feel as if it may be worms or some sort of infection? My cat will practically leak clear liquid when sitting, no smell, and there will be tiny white specks that look like they are swimming

Hello!   I'm afraid that I don't know what this is, but you sound to have got a good look at it.  I wonder whether you could use an empty litter tray (ie without litter) to catch some urine, and have your vets check it out with urine strips / a microscope (as fresh as possible).  Whatever you are seeing, it sounds important to find out.
