Our 8 year old mini schnauzer has had this lump in her mouth for a month. Doesn't bother her at all. She eats, plays and is still her usual self. It hasn't changed size or colour since I first noticed it. Has anyone else experienced this with their pup? I'm so scared
Hello! I'm afraid that there are some malignant lumps that are found on dogs' gums, and there are also non malignant growths, such as epulids which have quite a complex cause.
Either way, it would be a good idea to show this change to your vet, so they can check the teeth round-about and also decide whether they'd like to sample the lesion. Best of luck and please do let us know how you get on.
