Hello! There look to be two lumps here; one pinker-looking one, perhaps on the edge of the lower eyelid margin, and another covered by dark skin just below the eye, situated below the pupil and the pinker margin-lump in this photograph. I wonder whether the pinker lump is obstructing the duct of the lower meibomian gland and thereby causing the tear / eye discharge to build up lower down. If so, this is known as a chalazion. Possible obstructions in these cases can include demodex mites, papilomata or even cancer. Generally eyelid lumps ought to be triaged and seen by your vet.
