Two bumps are under 2 different teats and another bump is under her eye. The teat bumps appeared first at the same time, and the eye bump appeared about 12 hours later. Pictures of her eye: https://imgur.com/a/doy8oL2 The teat bumps aren't really visible from the surface, you can only feel them. There's no discoloration or discharge around her teats either. I was worried it was a tumor but all of these bumps practically appeared overnight so now I'm worried it's an infection? The eye bump feels like liquid. The teat bumps feel harder and circular. Niether are inflamed or red. The eye is occasionally causing my dog to scratch at it, but she doesn't seem to notice too much. Though the eye is not inflamed, you can see the whiteness of her bottom eyelid poking out. The only thing that has changed in her routine is that we visited a new dog park 2 days ago. I noticed other dogs with lumps and bumps I assumed it was just tumors on them. She had a nasty ear infection last month, but it appears fully treated now. Any ideas on what these bumps are? Also, we just spent $$$ at a vet appointment one month ago, and she has her spay in another month. So we wondering if we can wait another month until her spay appointment, or if we need to go in immediately.

Hello and thank you for the picture, although I'm afraid it raised more questions than answers.  On the picture, your dogs' conjunctiva - the 'packaging' tissue around the eye, on the inside of the eyelids, say - looks white.  It would normally be pale pink.  This could be because of the picture, but if it's white in real life then please tell your vet without delay.  I am not sure about the lump in the picture, either.  I can't tell whether it might contain fluid e.g. blood or an abscess, or simply tissue fluid.  I may be seeing the zygomatic arch - the cheekbone, on a human - more prominently that I'd like to, but again, this may just be the way the face is being held.  Your vet ought to triage this case for you - please do call them, so that if she needs to be seen as an emergency, she doesn't miss out.

Now, about the lumps;  your vet should triage these also.  Some dogs do become very lumpy at certain times in their cycle and the lumps disperse again. Other female dogs presenting like this may have an infection, skin reaction, or cancer.  Again, your vet may need to examine your girl in context, to feel the lumps and may even need to sample them to get an idea of the cell-type, before saying what sort of the lump they are or whether a biopsy is appropriate.    I hope that something here helps a little.
