Hello! I'm afraid that I can't see this picture very well on my phone screen, and furthermore it is very difficult to diagnose in this way because eyes are a 3D structure. I think I can see that the eye is held slightly closed and that the coloured portion, the iris, looks a different colour. Perhaps the cornea is clear and the changes are deeper into the eye than the cornea, in the uveal tract? - but you'd need an opthalmoscope to say that with any certainty. If that is true, there might be a bleed into the front of the eye, a lump or cyst or uveitis, for example. If it is more superficial, I would be wondering about corneal problems. The way to tell would be to present this to a vet to examine in three dimensions. In general, eye problems are often emergencies so it may be appropriate to speak to your vet for triage ( to decide how soon you need to be seen).
