My dog has a lump on her head which has got bigger over the last week or so. Not a tick. Not bothering her. Grey and hard. Any ideas?

Hello! This could be a follicular cyst or similar (it does appear to be coming from an active hair follicle). However it's also possible for tumours such as melanomas to originate like this, so it's worth showing your vet because they may want to employ pathological diagnostic methods.
