Normal After Neuter?

Hello! My 11 mon german shepherd got neutered this past Friday (4 days ago). He's been wearing an e-collar, hasn't licked or chewed at the incision site, and has been acting his normal self. What I'm curious about though, it seems there is something (tissue? swelling?) coming from the incision site on his sack -- and I'm not sure if that normal? He's had it since operation day and we've kept an eye on it. Just want a secondary opinion! Thank you! I'll attatch a photo below.

Hello and thank you for this intriguing question.  It's actually quite rare for dogs to be castrated through an incision on the scrotum in the uk; the cut would usually be underneath, between the testes and the penis.  I'm therefore not sure what I'm looking at here (perhaps this vet tried a different technique, or perhaps some tissue remnant is simply stuck to the surface, or perhaps this is a separate injury) but would strong recommend speaking to them in order to have this checked.
