One Year old French Bulldog has itchy bump under chin

My 1 year old French Bulldog has a bump under her chin that seems to be bothering her. It appears to be growing over the past few weeks, getting more red, and she is trying to itch it quite often. I am not sure if it is a zit, wart, ingrown hair or something else but looking for an opinion on what it may be? She does have allergies and the vet prescribed her medicine and a special shampoo for hives she had which seems to be working. Any home remedies?
