Hello! A surface needs to be in contact with a certain concentration of bleach for a certain length of time to eliminate / greatly reduce the risk of any Parvovirus surviving. Vets use kennels with swillable floors and even plug-holes, but we realise that this is unlikely at home. The cleaning bleach product however often does need to be removed as it can leave the surface slightly taccy and potentially lethal if licked. Ideally I would mop the stuff over the surface and then mop it off again, perhaps with plenty of fresh water, until the amount of residual bleach remaining on the floor is likely to be minimal. I hope that that helps.
