Is this osteosarcoma or is there other possible findings? Like osteomyelitis?

Hello. I dont think that it is necessarily possible to tell you the answer to this out of context from this picture. Your vet, who knows the context, will have some opinions and if they can't tell you either, should help you to come up with a plan as to how to differentiate between the two differentials.
