Possible seizure/neurological issue?

hi! I have a 4 year old female border collie/corgi mix that had a suspected seizure 6 months ago. She just had what we suspect was another on Sunday but after what we thought was over she stiffened and then rolled and did this a few times as it lasted a couple min with this new odd behavior.  She snapped out of it and ran outside like nothing had happened. After the first one 6 months ago and “first” on Sunday she panted and seemed to be disoriented for a little while. We took her to the vet this morning and I am waiting bloodwork but vet isn’t sure it’s seizures. If so, petite..but she isn’t displaying classic signs. No loss of bowels, no eye darting, no typical seizure stiffness. I have two videos showing the more mild “seizure” and then the odd rolling stiffness if there is a way to share. During the first part this past Sunday while laying on the ground disoriented/shakey she could actually move her ears as she was hearing the other dog being let out and he barked and she did a low ruff twice. Which is strange if it’s a seizure unless she was already coming out of it. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The vet seems to be at a loss.
