Rashes/wound on my dog hind legs and what could it be?

i found some rashes on my dog hind legs and one dried wound near his paw, what could it be? last time for similar rash near eye my vet prescribed bayrocin 150mg and atarax 25mg.

Hello!   A rash usually describes a reddened (erythematous) blotchy area;  I do not see this here.  The lower photo appears to show a small crust;  the upper one a bald area.   I wonder whether ringworm may be involved?  - if so, then it may be contageous to humans and other animals.  Other possibilities may include demodex, a mite that causes small areas of hair-loss and is not itchy or visible to the naked eye.  I don't know how long these lesions have been present or how extensive they are, but it sounds as though they ought to be presented to your vet for examination to be safe.
