My dogs anal gland ruptured, I hadn’t even noticed it was full or anything. It started bleeding so I applied pressure to stop the bleeding. I contacted my vet and they told me that they would have to put her under, flush it out, impact it, lazer the hole and give her a bunch of meds which would be from $300-$500.. I can’t afford this.. Is there any way that this can heal on its own??

Hello - sadly I haven't see your dogs' anal gland and know nothing about the circumstances.  This, however, is an excellent question for the vet.  You might also ask what sort of timescale is needed.  I think that most problems between vets and clients are problems of communication.  Suggestions include:  what will happen if this operation doesn't take place?  Are all the parts itemised strictly necessary? - what are the advantages / disadvantages of them?  What was done before lazers were a 'thing?'  What is the long term situation likely to look like?  Ask them (before they write them) to put this roughly in the notes for you so that you can take a copy when you leave.  Then think it over.
