Hello! I'm afraid that any cat who is both vomiting back what is eaten at one end AND losing fluid in diarrhoea form at the other, will become dehydrated very fast.
Dehydration can seriously and permanently damage the kidneys and other organs; in short, it is miserable and life-threatening. It needs to be treated by trained staff with specialist knowledge and equipment - not something that anyone can teach you to do online.
In the short-term, any cat that may be dehydrated needs to be seen by a vet as an emergency. If they are already dehydrated, they may be suffering and somewhere on a spectrum between needing emergency treatment or, sadly, euthanasia. Dehydration can be expensive to treat and the decision to treat it commonly depends on a combination of financial resources and the likely underlying cause, which dictates likely survival.
If your cat is not dehydrated, it sounds as though treatment is needed to stop her from becoming so. This may therefore still be an emergency.
In different areas, financial aid can be made available for pets in emergencies. At any rate, it costs little to phone your vets and ask about this. Your vet will triage the case and let you know how urgently help is needed. Wishing you and her the best of luck.
