Hello!  I'm afraid that I have no easy answer for you.  It may be possible that the poorly  dog is vomiting for known non-infectious reasons such as pancreatitis, so always check this with your vet.  However, some sickness 'bugs' can be passed from one dog to another, in particular illnesses such as Parvovirus, and even the possible "new bug" that has not yet been identified.  https://vethelpdirect.com/vetblog/2020/02/03/new-vomiting-bug-hitting-uk-dogs/ There are also some causes of vomiting which only seem to affect young or immunocompromised dogs and would not affect older dogs;  however, because we do not know why the dog is vomiting, we can give no assurances in either direction.  As a general rule, it makes good sense not to introduce new dogs if at all possible when one is obviously ill.

Furthermore, we would advise against their sharing premises, as bacterial and viruses - if involved - are very easily spread.  It sounds as though the vomiting dog may need to have their hydration reassessed at regular intervals;  I'm sure that its own vet will advise.
