Hello - highly speculatively, from the data-sheet, I notice that this drug can increase blood pressure and reduce urine output, so it may be possible that less water is passing though the bladder, making the urine darker. However, you should ask the drug company, or your vet, for their opinion regarding this as it is an important question. It is normal for an appointment or phone call to take place, in order to assess the effectiveness of a new drug in a patient. You may have one coming up. Other causes of very yellow urine can include insufficient drinking of water or even some types of liver disease; it remains possible that this could be independent of the new drug.
