Throwing up & Green eye gunk. Should I be worried?

My 6mo old Golden Retriever has a history of round worms and her last fecal sample came back clear.. but she has still been having any where from the occasional diarrhea to very very soft stool. She has also recently started getting these green gunky eye boogers each morning and threw up what looked like bile this morning. Should I be concerned?

Hello!   Yes - especially if she is repeatedly vomiting, or is avoiding food, or generally less well in herself.  Repeated vomiting makes dogs dehydrated very quickly, which is far from ideal, especially given the weather.  Possibilities can go from feeling a bit under the weather / very mild upper resp tract infection, to more concerning underlying issues that need to be picked up, and phone triage or a veterinary exam may be needed to determine one from another.  Please do let us know what is found.
