This morning my dog pressed going out ASAP, usually she'll only beg if she has to poop. She didn't, she only urinated. Chalked it up as she consumed more water than usual, later in the day I let her out she urinated not once but twice, brought her inside and before I left - about 20 mins later - I let her out once more and she urinated twice, she never does this so I checked where she urinated and saw blood. She has been acting totally normal, my question is could water from the refrigerator cause a UTI? I've always only given her spring water from a gallon jug or bottled so this has never happened before and I'm convinced it's the water she's drinking could have possibly caused it.

Hello - I'm surprised that your dog only gets spring water;  have I understood that correctly?  It must be expensive. I wonder if she is drinking frequently enough on a regular basis - especially at this time of year - and also whether the micro constituents of the water she is drinking might have an impact on crystals forming in her bladder.  Your vet will want to see any dog with urinary issues; there are other causes of blood in urine, so pain releif and urine samples may be needed before they can start to confirm what is going on.  There are also other causes of urinating excessively, some of which eg diabetes, can commonly lead to urine infections, so they may be keen to rule this out also.  From my perspective, diagnosing the problem needs to come first;  after than, your vet should be able to help you to identify any particular causes.   I hope that this goes some way to helping.
