Vacuolar Hepatopathy

Question regarding Vacuolar Hepatopathy... Other than corticosteroids and hyperadrenocorticism, what other medications/herbal supplements can cause or have an effect on VH, also what stressors/inflammation specific causes can attribute, eg is it any inflammation or just that of a hepatic nature, could it be caused by long hx with skin infections etc. Thank you!

Hello! - I'm curious on your role in what sounds to be a specific case.  Are you the vet or owner and if the owner, what is your own medical training?  (Hx for history is not common outside of the veterinary / medical worlds).  Where does the case stand at present?
