Hi I noticed this morning my dog Wesley has a weird symmetrical petruding lump on her ear. I'm not sure how long it's been there but I only noticed it today. She doesn't seem to mind it too much. My husband noticed this morning when he took her out to pee that she was a little low energy. 20230122_11003020230122_10592920230122_110107

Hello!  You don't say how old Wesley is, but there is a type of lump called a histiocytoma that frequently pops up in dogs, particularly between the ages of one and three, that can spontaneously disappear again.  However, other possibilities include infected insect bites, abscesses, cancers, eosinophilic granuloma, other inflammatory lesions and so on, so the best idea would be to show Wesley's ear to your vet very soon and ask how they would like to approach it. If you type 'lump' into the search-bar on our blog, you should get a range of useful articles, but the short answer is that it's extrenely unreliable to diagnose a lump just by looking.  Do please let us know how Wesley gets on!
