Hello - I can see what looks like a wound amongst the hair, about a third of the way up from the bottom edge of the picture - and a little further up, the ghost of a second.  When I see paired puncture-like wounds on a stray, I often wonder whether I'm looking at a bite wound and whether it may go on to form an abscess.   However, to get a better idea one would need a proper look and an examination.   At the same time, the vet could scan this stray to see whether there might be a microchip that would provide more details - somebody may be looking for their cat and thus it is possible that veterinary care may be an option.   Best of luck!
