I just discovered this when giving our dog a bath. It showed up quickly since never noticed before. Any insight??

Hello! Where abouts in the body are you? Could this be normal eg an accessory pad or a nipple? If not, it could be a growth or tumour - an unpleasant one or a begin one - and the first step with that would be to show it to your vet, who can then begin the identification process.
