Hello. To answer properly, all in one place. The detail of the photograph is difficult to make out but your vet will be able to take a look at your dog's eye in full context and, if they are not sure themselves, may opt to run the lesion by an opthalmologist or pathologist. Eye abnormalities, especially with bilateral discharge, are often emergencies so we reccommend getting this triaged as such; triage is the process where an emergency vet or nurse assesses how soon a lesion ought to be seen. I wonder about a huge range of possibilities from tiny cysts to viral infections, enlarged follicles, demodex or otherwise inflamed myobian glands, parasites, abnormal pigmentation and tumours. There also appears to be outpouchig of the lower lid in this case, which may be related. Wishing you the best of luck and please do let us know how you get on.
