My dog

My dog is not eating food only ice and drinking water. Laying around not active watery feces it's been two days now

Hello.  I'm not here to worry you, but it sounds as though your dog may be seriously ill.  I have seen kidney disease, liver disease, diabetes, pancreatitis and many bacterial (such as Salmonella) or viral diseases (such as Parvo) present in a similar way to this and all of these can be extremely serious.  It sounds as though your dog is not getting fluids on board correctly and may need a drip.  Please see your vet as an emergency.

Most vets will triage a case properly over the phone, so if I am wrong and it is not urgent, they will let you know on the phone rather than ask you to get in.  However, from what you've told me, it's definitely worth contact them.
