Old girl eye infection

My 14 year old doggo has woken up with what I assume is an eye infection this morning. She can half open her eye, but there is gunk in it which I wiped off with a warm cloth. I just checked her eye just now and I don’t know what to make of this, it looks like the black in her eye is leaking inside of her eye. Does anyone know what this, and should I take her to the vet tomorrow? Had to upload imagea and bide in Imgur because the file is too big for here. Hello!  If this happened overnight, I think that you should get this eye triaged by an emergency vet as they may want to see it sooner.  They may be open to you sending them a picture to help them decide.
