Hello My budgie has been looking really sick for the past couple of months. He would still do things like eat and jump around occasionally, however he mostly sleeps all day. He is also shaking sometimes. Today I saw him cough a bit and then vomit/spit a lot of mucus from his beak. His head looked wet several times in the past and I suspect that this is what caused it. Please help, I am really worried about him. images attached IMG_20230429_161450796IMG_20230429_161440515IMG_20230429_161909406

Hello - if a budgie is apparently vomiting, it may be an emergency.  Please contact your veterinary office immediately and ask for the case to be triaged - thats the process of establishing how quickly a case needs to be seen.
