Cat deterrent safe for dogs

Is this safe for dogs? Also it was sprayed on the counter and now this harsh taste is left behind on it will it go away?

Hello - I'm afraid that cats and dogs are very different species and what works for one species will frequently not work for the other.  Furthermore, I would worry that when used indoors, an unpleasant smell can be a source of persistent stress.  I wonder what you are trying to repel your dog from doing, and whether some other method might be more wealfare friendly.
