12 year old f cat, we have recently moved, and the last few weeks shes been a bit off, we thought it was due to the move. Shes not been outside yet, but the last few days shes been sneezing a lot and started having a bleed from her nose. its been cleaned with warm water and cotton wool regularly, and shes eating and drinking ok. We have found out that there is asbestos in the property, but not sure if thats anything to do with it.

Hello and thankyou for telling us about this interesting case.  Nose bleeds can be a sign of various things, most of the somewhat serious;  I'd be worrying about the ability of his blood to clot (this can be caused by numerous different things and easily tested), about nasal trauma, cancers, and also fungal disease.  Please do report it to your vet as they ought to offer a rapid appointment.

Because she is so young, I would suggest that fungal infection may be one of your girl's most likely differentials.  Please do asked for her case to be triaged by your veterinary team in order to be assessed for a timely appointment.
