Poor JoJo, she doesn't look happy there! Sneezing can be a sign of things like particulate matter in the air, but also lumps and bumps (eg polyps) in the airways, and can also be a sign of infectious disease such as fungus or more commonly flu or "colds".  Infection is more likely to hit when a cat is down in themselves for some reason, so we would absolutely recommend a full check up at the vets. I'm afraid I can't see the little mark well enough from here - it's a little blurred.  There are some potentially sinister reasons for this - infectious diseases, trauma, cancer and so on. My advice would be to call your vet as soon as possible and ask for the case to be triaged in case JoJo needs to be seen as an emergency.
