Interdigital furuncolous

I for quite some time now.We've struggled with allergies with our french bulldog, pablo. He was on cytoppoint for many months. Then, he produced what the vet called an interdigital cyst, this grew quite large, which resulted in him having one of his toes amputated, ever since he's had this toe. Amputated, he seems to have manifested more into digital cysts on these other thought, and on his back feet as well. He's been on steroids now as an anti-inflammatory and antibiotics. Now, for several months. Is front poor now as grown, and into digital cyst? That's so big now that it's causing him to limp it weeps, it bleeds, and it just seems to be getting worse. We had a biopsy done, the vet has said.It's an inter digital pharynchallosis, my understanding was that it only affected, maybe warm, or maybe even two of the poors, but it seems to be on all four paws now and the is on further.Steroids, strongest steroids, he's on antibiotics, and he's arm, also autoimmune steroids as well.Now, but the thing is, it doesn't seem to be getting any better.It just seems to be growing and growing.We just need advice because it's it looks bad And be grateful for any advice about this. I just need it sorting out very, very, very quickly. Maybe from alignment's terms, you know, I feel like it's. It's a terrible situation, and I just need some advice that's actually going to get rid of it or help it to hale up as fast as possible and get me dog happy again, because at the moment.He's just so miserable.Be grateful for any advice.Thank you

Hello and thankyou for your question.   It feels as though a diagnosis may be needed in order to give an accurate prognosis (outcome prediction) and I didn't recognise the word that you sent to me from an earlier lab report (neither did Google).  Your vets next challenge appears to be:  what is causing the wound not to heal?  I wonder about demodex mites, infection, yeast or fungal infection and (to simplify greatly) a lack of white blood cells and healing capacity - if any of these are a possibility then the drugs may need to be withdrawn / changed slowly.  I also wonder about the possibility of less common changes such as cancer, although wounds as bad as this have definitely been seen without cancer being involved.  These possibilities sound quite extreme - remember, I have no prior knowledge of this case.  Given the little that I do know, such as progression in the face of quite strong autoimmune treatment - it concerns me that the most pressing issue may not be autoimmune at this point.  Furthermore, steroids in particular can prevent healing, so your vet may need to factor this in.   What is being done to prevent self-trauma and treat the pain that must be involved?  When was that lab report and has your vet managed to speak to the pathologist? - as I find that lab pathologists can often give great advice on such cases when they have the full story and they may be happy to call them with an update for advice.  Because of the potential pain and deteriorating nature - and because I don't know what else is being done currently or when your dog was last seen, or what your vet thinks in this -  I feel that there is a possibility that this could constitute an emergency.  The first step would be your vets - unless you were seen very recently,  whereupon please tell me about it - perhaps send a picture and ask for the foot to be triaged / the case reviewed as soon as possible.  It may be that a new plan or a referral to a specialist is needed but that measures to keep the foot comfortable and prevent further trauma may be needed in the short term.
