I cannot thank Ashfield enough for the care they gave to my cocker spaniel puppy, Ralphie. He was admitted to Ashfield with parvovirus and thanks to their skills, expertise and round the clock care, he's thankfully making a full recovery and is a happy puppy again. They we're in contact twice a day throughout his care with honest updates on his progress and we're extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I would not hesitate in using Ashfield again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The practice nurses and vets were friendly and supportive when we were distressed about the demise of of one of our companion cats. We have been their clients for seventeen years. They have always given accurate diagnoses and focussed care for our cats and worked with them in a gentle, caring way. In our experience, their professional care of our cats and us, their clients is first class. Reports by friends and colleagues of some of the other Veterinary Practices in our area are not.

All the staff were really kind and helpful. We had the same vet through out the treatment and she was really nice she even contacted us to see how he was doing. Always at the end of the phone if we needed any advice. Found not ask for a better service.

Cant thank everyone at Ashfield House enough for their kindness , compassion and skill when dealing with our animals. We have lost several pets over the years but we always register the new ones with Ashfield, as it is so good. Would highly recommend this excellent practice.

I cannot thank Ashfield enough our Pug was poorly being sick and dioreah she was passing out as oxygen wasn't getting to her brain, we didn't know that at the time. When I took her in they saw her immediately without an appointment. Whilst she was there they noticed the breathing was due to her small nose nostrills. To cut a long story short she had the operation on her nose and soft pallet! I was so upset when I took her in but they were all so kind and the vet Jade was amazing they also spayed her aswell. Dora came home and within a couple of days was getting back to herself the after care was just as good they have all been amazing and we can't thank them enough! I would definitely recommend the operation if your animal is advised to have it she has been so much better.

We have had a very sick dog for the last 12 months, and without the support of ALL the staff at Ashfield House we wouldn't have coped. They've bent over backwards to help us whenever we've needed them, and they've done it with a smile. Thank you all...
