Cannot fault Blacks Vets, throughout the life of my dog they have always shown kindness and concern, even up to the time of her passing when they came to my house to help her on her way, they were considerate of my feelings with nothing but kindness and compassion they are all amazing and always deserve the awards they win each year Well done to every one

I have every respect for the professionalism and expertise of the vets, but would also like to congratulate the staff on reception, who deal with clients with such patience and kindness. While I was having to ask for prescription after prescription, all of them, but especially Therese and her bespectacled, quiet colleague who greeted me at the desk were supportive and understanding beyond the call of duty. I owe them a great deal, as they made me feel that my extremely elderly dog was just as important and worthy of attention as the most winning puppy. Their quiet sympathy meant an enormous amount.

Had to take my rabbit fudge yesterday 6th march to be put to sleep and was left waiting in a room on my own for well over 40 minutes.all the vet could say when he came in was "we are really busy Mondays are always busy" I was that upset I didn't say anything I just wanted my bunnies to be out of un happy with the service on this visit and I've always used the Dudley hospital.

Vet Response

Please accept our deepest condolences at this time. I hope the call from one of our partners has helped to explain the situation. Thank you for taking the time to complete the review and provide us with feedback – The Blacks Team.

Been coming to the Dudley branch for many years now with our Rat's, Brian and Kevin ar the most briliant vets i have found when it comes to my Rats. They are not just pets, they are my children who are ill, these vets always get to know the animal first which i find is great, The nursing staff are also brilliant, very caring and i know my babys are being spoilt while in the hospital which makes me less anctiouse. The reception staff are so friendly too, always asking to see our rats and saying hello to all animals coming in, even having boxes of treats they hand out to dogs which i think is great as this makes the pets less scared of the vets, all the dogs i have seen going into the dudley branch have all been happy, and wanting to go in, not the poor scared souls you see hiding under a chair, though they also have a quite room if you have a rather nervouse pet which again i think is a great idea. These vets are number 1 in my book. you cant get no better than this place. for price yes you get what you pay for, if you want cheap as hell, they dont do this but your pet will also not get the treatment like Blacks, trust me i know. If you want the the best treatment for a fair price then this is the place, its not the most expensive by far.

my cat's treatment is ongoing so I make many regular visits. We are always treated with kindness, friendliness and respect. I would recommend Blacks vets to my friends and acquaintances.

I am extremely lucky to be the proud owner of a Picardy Spaniel, a very rare breed. I attended the practice for vaccinations and to arrange a passport for my dog. I was really happy at the reception we got and the way that we were both welcomed into the practice. The vet we saw had already been informed that we had an appointment. He had a real interest in the breed and asked quite a few questions,. It is always difficult on a first appointment to try and build a relationship with your new vet, but I was really grateful for his time and enthusiasm towards my boy. Thank you for such a friendly and warm welcome.
