Ive attended the vetinary practice only twice with my dog jake. He is an old dog now and has a few problems .Lovely staff cant praise them enough.

I feel my dog and myself have been treated with the utmost care and respect since I registered with them last year. They have helped me manage my dogs on going issues with his stomach with over and above advice and treatment. It is a very friendly vet practice from dealing with my dog nearly demolishing their reception desk as he wanted to say hello, to treating him when I personally thought we had nearly lost him to a stomach upset!! Thank you to all.

I just want to say that I very highly recommend this Veterinary Surgery, they were fantastic with our little Pippa a couple of years ago, she was very poorly towards the end and I would not have wanted anyone else to look after her, the nurses and Anne were great with her. We sadly lost her, but we now have another little one called Bo had him from a puppy and all the vets have been great and patient with him he's now 18 months old. Give yourselves a triple gold star.

I have used this veterinary practice for in excess of 20 years. They are the most helpful and friendly practice I have ever been to. I can always get an appointment when I want especially in an emergency. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

I have been going to this surgery for over 15 years. Unfortunately I have been a visitor many times with increasing frequency as my cats have got older. I have I always found them friendly and helpful and have always been able to see a vet in an emergency. Unfortunately my most recent visit was due to a very sick Spike who had to be put to sleep. The vet was very understanding and explained everything and kept me updated through out the day. At the end she was supportive and gave me plenty of time with Spike to say good bye. It is great to be able to go to some where you can trust and rely on the people to look after your pets and you.

On first visit i was happy with this surgery, however when i needed to take one of my cats for ongoing treatmewnt for an injury, my feelings changed. We saw 3 different vets for 3 different visits. This meant that vet 2 and 3 were not able to access whether the injury was getting any better. They ended up asking me what i thought! I wrote a letter of complaint but the response was that this was good practise and basically my complaint was not valid. I will not be returning.

I was so sorry to learn of your cat's injury and I sincerely hope that there has been a full recovery now. Continuity in care is desirable both on account of the ease which the same vet can assess progress in a condition and in the resulting trust that is established with you as a client. This is something that we naturally seek to achieve and almost always succeed in but I am sorry that when you changed the time of the follow-up consultation it was not possible on this occasion due to staff holidays. Being a three-vet practice gives us the advantage of being able to offer appointments over a wider range of hours of the day but due to the 60-odd hours we are open weekly it is not possible to have all vets at work all the time. Having assessed the clinical notes entered by the vets who examined Max I am confident that his care was not compromised as a result of seeing the different individuals: also, asking a client their opinion merely provides background information that might be important and is standard practice. I am pleased to note that you were extended a 50% discount on your last visit as a gesture of goodwill.

This surgery is fantastic. All the staff are friendly, professional and caring. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. I honestly think my cats like going for their appointments because they get such a fuss made of them.
