Both of my cats were given excellent treatment. One cat was spayed and recovered very quickly with no complications. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with the price in general, only minor issue is car park around the back of the Nailsea practice gets very busy.

Having previously had a dog fearful of the vets, I was keen for my dog to have positive experiences from a puppy. Now 3 years old, he went last week to have a skin allergy looked at and bounded in, was happy to be examined, and then wagged his tail at everyone while we waited for his medication. All staff make all pets feel welcome and my dog just loves it there. He knows exactly where the good boy treats are too!!!

The staff , and vets are always very welcoming, the vet I saw today was really helpful , especially as my dog is petrified of the vets.

I found my cat Hardy on the notice board asking to be rehomed 16 years ago. I walk in and the staff know who I am and Hardy's name, special credit to Zoe for being able to handle her. This review is for a different animal. I found a small hedgehog in need of fattening up for the winter, as it had several ticks I brought it in and we were seen by Lizzie. Right from the start Lizzie was wonderful and full of passion and I was impressed that she had a heat mat and towel all ready. She took time to explain how to get the little one to uncurl, while not being able to resist removing a couple of ticks while we waited. When little one finally opened a bit Lizzie was able to see a tick in its ear on on the face so she suggested giving her a whiff of anaesthetic so they could be removed safely. Lizzie and the nurses lost count at 20! I am so glad I took her in as she could have been anaemic with all those blood suckers on her. And when I collected her they did not charge me. Lizzie has a lot of experience with hedgehogs as her parents looked after young ones when she was younger. I was told she would name them after Disney characters and that she had named "my" little girl Moana. I wasn't going to name her but now it is Moana :)

I CONSIDER MYSELF FORTUNATE TO HAVE HAD THE ATTENTION OF ONE OF THE MOST CONSIDERATE AND ACCEPTING VETS THAT MY CAT HAS EVER EXPERIENCED.UNUSUALLY HE WAS LIKE BUTTER IN HER HANDS AS HE HAS IN THE PAST BE KNOWN TO HISS AND ATTEMPT TO BITE PREVIOUS BUT WELL MEANING VETS. WHAT MORE CAN I SAY. I SHALL CERTAINLY BE ASKING FOR THIS YOUNG LADY AT OUR NEXT VISIT.
