Brought a stay dog from India at conciderable cost, two weeks after I arrived she become sick, paid €94 for examination & sickness injection & told to come for same again the next day, I explained on the day before I arrived I can't pay the examination fee for a couple of days & my appointment was cancelled. Also was pushed into having a scan & blood test that was not required in my opinion until some sort of diognosis was made. I will be changing my vet

I found my cat Mollett-o completely paralysed from the waist down, I thought it was all over for him . Took him to vet who confirmed he had no feeling at all from his abdomen down . I said I need you to help him so she asked me if I would allow her to treat him for what she thought it was without the diagnosis with an MRI as it was an emergency as his body was bloated with fluid and he was unable to wee or pooh. I'm happy to say although he now has to be an 'indoor cat' he has a good quality of life, a great appetite and a good amount of mobility. I'd also like to add that I was phoned for regular updates between appointments. Great service

Yet again I have been let down by YourVets Dagenham when ordering my cats (kevin) prescription food. As I am going away shortly this has caused me a big problem but Goddards have thankfully saved the day, they had some in stock. When I rang YourVets to see if it had arrived I was told it hadnt turned up with the other orders and that I could get it on line or ring around other vets to see if they had it in stock! I think YourVets service is disgusting, if it were one of my customers I would have willingly done that for them before letting them down. YourVets are continually changing suppliers with no thought for the animals or their owners, it is all about the best deal for them. If YourVets start a pet on prescription food they should make sure they keep that supplier so it is always available. If this is the sort of service YourVets give for something as simple as food it does not inspire confidence for treatment!

We are sorry that you felt unsatisfied with our service on this occasion, we do usually advise clients to give us 48 hours notice for repeat prescriptions and food orders, especially if their pets are about to run out of their usual food as there can sometimes be delivery delays. Since our transition to over to our preferred brand of Royal Canin Food last year we now only order Hills food as and when ordered by the client to the clinic, unfortunately we cannot keep all other brands of food in storage at the clinic due to shelf life. On this occasion your order coincided with a weekend making faster delivery impossible. We hope that the issue was resolved and that Kevin managed to find his preferred food.

recently one of our dogs ate tinsel 2m long .He was sick part of it came up but over a metre did not ,after talking to your vets staff we followed there instructions but to no avail he had a x-ray and found it stuck in his stomach ,so he needed surgery to remove very efficient staff arrange the opp for us at Rayleigh the same day we are very grateful to all the staff our dog was saved THANK YOU ALL

All three of my cats visit Yourvets. Tiddles was attacked by a dog two years ago, she was cared for by two vets whose treatment of her was outstanding and I believe she would not be here today if it wasn't for their (and my) commitment in getting her well. Unfortunately my poor Charlie died recently of chronic kidney disease, the vets at both Dagenham and Rayleigh did all they could for him but sadly it was not meant to be. Lucy is now undergoing tests and may have some kidney disease too, I have every confidence in leaving her in the safe hands of the vets and the staff knowing full well that she we be well looked after while she is being treated and that I will receive the best possible advice for any future treatment she may need. I can't praise or recommend this practice enough, the vets, nurses and all the staff go out of their way to give an excellent service to both the animals and their parents

After being registered at another well known vet I discovered I was being ripped off big time, with prices and unnecessary medication. I joined Your vets Dagenham and have never looked back. Excellent service. Excellent advice. very reasonable prices and even encouraged to buy health care tablets from the local supermarket and not the very expensive ones from the vets. Cannot fault this vet and would highly recommend them My Boxer actually loves going there and treats it more like a youth club.

I took our 20 year old cat in kmowing that she had to be put to sleep Your vets where very professional going about there business making it as easy as poss for us And we were very comforted to receive a condolence card through the letter box a couple of days later I know it's a service they supply but it was done as sincerely as it could be We're sad for our loss but very happy with there help thanks From the Mimms family
