I need of some advice urgently plz. I took my cat to get a bump checked out on her head they checked it and said it was a cyst. She was given a rabies shot. About a week and a half later she started hiding and acting sluggish was coughing and sneezing a lot we wnt back to the vet, a blood test came back (image attached) and doctor said she was jaundice and possible auto immune disease gave her a shot and antibiotics/steroid/fluids we brought her home with a oral steroid. But she seems to be getting worse not wanting to move just sitting around. Almost a day of not going to the litter box carried her to the box and she just lays in it won't eat but we have been liquid feeding her. I was wondering if anybody could look at the test and maybe see something thanks in advanced.

Hello there I'm sorry to hear that your cat is so ill; it sounds as though they may require further urgent treatment and need to return to the vet or their emergency team.  Important questions would be, 'What are the possible explanations for what we are seeing?'  'Which seems most likely and what can be done to tell the possibilities apart?'  'What are the likely conclusions?'  but also 'What needs to be done in the immediate term to support my cats' living body through the current trauma it is facing?' I hope that something there is helpful; wishing you both the very best.

There are some possible wildcards.  For example, I wonder whether mast-cell tumour degranulation is a possibility?  Autoimmune disease certainly sounds to be on the list; this is a complex case and I imagine that your vet will have a list of differentials (possible causes) and be trying to distinguish between them, while meanwhile supporting your cat through the changes that are happening.  It must be a very worrying time and it sounds important to keep your team informed of any changes.
