My 20 week old shepherd X collie has quite stinky breath, he does enjoy eating his pig ears and rabbit ears so I was wondering if it was these causing the issue as they are smelly or should I get a vet to check it out?

Hello!   Its hard to know from here whether what you are smelling is from those potentially pungent dietary supplements or from another cause, which might be ketones or foodstuff pooled in a diverticulum of the throat, an infection or something else.  For this reason, it would be helpful for your vet to give your dog the once-over. Regarding the raw food aspect of the diet, we would strongly urge you to check that your youngster is fully wormed and that you are up to date with veterinary research about the potential hazards of raw feeding.  Your vets should be involved in this. All the best
