Hello! A bee-sting is one possibility for a small hard facial lump lasting for several days and then disappearing. However, I would associate bee stings more frequently with generalized, irregular swellings with sudden onset and slower resolution, than discrete, round, punctate lumps. I would also be wondering about infected or inflamed follicles, tumours, an inflamed / infected / cancerous lymph node (these are associated with certain anatomical positions on the face), foreign body, dental abscesses and so on, so would generally advise a veterinary consultation given that it's been there for a few days.
