Hello!   Dont worry, that gives me the chance to give you the best answer.  A good question for your vet might be, 'what can you rule in or out from this radiograph?'   I cant get a clear picture on my small phone screen, but wonder whether systemic fungal disease (common in youngsters) and cancer might also be on the list.  Your vet might help you to list possible causes and following that, you could make what is known as a 'differentials' list together and work out whether there is a strong main differential, or whether multiple treatments or further tests might be necessary.

Im sorry that you and your cat are going through this and hope that this helps you to find a satisfying decision making process;  we regrettably are unable to read radiographs on this site.
