Hello! I noticed today my cat has very, VERY, slightly different sized pupils. Not really noticeable unless you're looking directly into her eyes. There is a new kitten in the house so she is a little stressed but otherwise healthy. She's 5 years old, no medications, no health problems- I don't have a primary care vet for her yet which I am looking into scheduling right now, but wondering if I should be worried if she is not exhibiting any other symptoms. I don't know how long it has been since it's not noticeable unless you're looking directly into her eyes- which I was doing because she's not very happy with the kitten.

Hello- and good observing!  I'm afraid that this can be something to worry about and would report it straight to your vet, as it can reflect damage to the nerve or part of the brain controling pupil size, for example.   I'm not sure which timezone you're in or whether your vets are open, but would suggest running it them as a possible emergency.
