This is my cat Everest, he was one of the three strays that was dropped off where I live around August/ September of last year. All three kittens were very sick. He has been on several antibiotics, and antibiotic eye drops, several different times. Just finished up more. I’ve gone to two vets. Both vets are saying it’s eye damage due to the cold that was in his eye. Or even a mixture of allergies. He doesn’t seem to be in pain, just a little vision impaired, you can’t really tell by the pic but his eye is a little foggy. Any advice?
Hello! Eyes are very difficult to examine over the internet as it is necessary to see the depth of the lesion as well as the frontal view. I don't think that my guessing, or a third first opinion vet will help. If you would like more detailed answers to the questions, perhaps you could ask your current vet how confident they are, how the cold came to cause them, or, if they cannot give the answers you would wish, to be referred to a veterinary eye specialist.
