Is this an emergency?

Hi all! three days ago I noticed that my cat had one small pupil and one enlarged/ regular size (see picture). She was otherwise acting normal but this symptom stayed for about a day and then slowly starting getting better. Today it is not perfect but almost. I googled this symptom and got tons of horror stories so I’ll definitely be taking her to the vet. My question is.. should I take her as an emergency? Or would it be safe to wait for an appointment like a week out? Any advice would be appreciated since I am currently unemployed and want to make sure my baby is okay to wait a few days for the next available apt. Thanks y’all! 

Hello!  I would strongly recommend speaking to your vets about this now.  The partial resolution is nice but some causes of this problem are very serious and quick action would be appropriate.
