Is this cat acne? or something else?

Hi there, I've noticed my 9 week old kitten has some darker / black spots growing around his mouth and a bit on the inside of his left/ right paws that weren't as apparent a week ago (see first image vs last 2 images). vs Does anyone have any idea of what this is (acne? allergy?) and whether or not it's something serious that I should take him to the vet to get checked out? Hello!   This is interesting.  It looks as though there is moisture / wet discharge on the skin around the mouth and nose, with brown discolouration which could be secondary yeast infection or part of the discharge itself.  This is not normal and  I worry about cat flu and other respiratory problems.  I would suggest, especially given how young he is, a phone call to your vet for triage as there is a possibility that they may want to see him immediately.
