I have to admit that I find these questions hardest, and I'll explain why.  The fact that you have shown me a full blood and urine panel, complete with veterinary history (but not for today), suggests to me that you have already seen your vet, and that mine would therefore not be a general 'Ask an Internet vet'  query, but a full-on second opinion.  These can be found online nowadays and possibly even performed at a distance with your vets' involvement and consent, but it would be firmly  outside the ethical, medical and financial  limits of this particular chat-style service, as is explained in the site rules. No advice that I can give you will be as good as the advice of a competent vet who has examined a patient in context and evaluated the results of the tests that they ordered, in light of that information.   This makes me wonder what it is, *exactly* that made you ask me.  If it is simply a confirmatory opinion that you need,  your vets will often help you to arrange a second opinion either in-house or at a specialists or the out of hours centre and as a vet, I have always appreciated when a client has asked me, directly, to arrange that.  We don't take it as a sign of rejection; we understand how important it is to you to be sure that we are doing our job right. I know that it's stressful enough for you at the moment, but to do right by you I cannot provide such a service here.  Please do talk to your vets and I would be interested to hear how you get on.
