Kitten couldn't walk normally

Hello vets.. I found this kitten dumped near my house.. I looked for his mommy but couldn't find her so I took him home.. It's looks like he has eye infection but the thing is he doesn't walk normally.. I read something on Google and I think he could has swimmer syndrome.. I don't know if that's right. I'll take him to the vet in 2 days.. Any thoughts?!

Hello - swimmers syndrome is the name of a set of symptoms, which could have one of a number of causes - some of them very serious.  Furthermore, many sore eyes in cats turn out to be emergencies.  Therefore we would reccommend contacting your vets as soon as possible in order to have this case properly triaged.

It could require more urgent treatment.
