Hi, My puppy was vaccinated at 8 weeks with lepto 2. They were vaccinated at 10 weeks with lepto 4 (yesterday). I want to take them out on walks and get them socialises as soon as possible as they are a rescue puppy and quite anxious already. Will the one dose of lepto 2 and the second dose of lepto 4 provide the immunity of two doses of lepto 2? If so, will it be reasonably safe to walk them after a week has passed since the 10 week vaccinations, if I keep them on lead and away from water and puddles? Many thanks in advance!

Hello!  Science is based on evidence and when it comes to drugs, evidence is collected from doing experiments.   The question is, whether the drugs company that you are using has collected any evidence that using their Lepto 2 vial works with their (or indeed, any other compay's) Lepto 4 vial.  The best way to find this out would be to visit the company website, speak to one of their reps, check the data sheet (the folded insert of small print that comes with a vaccination) or ask your vet to check the small-print or call the local rep for you.  If the drugs company do not have the evidence to say 'yes, this works!' then the safest thing to do for your dog would be to take the full course.
