Hello! I'd go back to your vet and see what they suggest. Usually a vet has a running list of things it could be in their head, and starts trying to cross things off the list, while keeping the patient as well as they can at the same time (sometimes with diarrhoea, drips and things are needed to stop them losing too much fluid, for instance). Things your vet might way to cross off the list include worms, bacterial problems, protozoa, dietary issues, liver disease and so on.
Sometimes it takes a few visits to hit the it right thing. Best of luck.
