Hello! My dog started to lick each side of her nose in the middle of the night last night. Then I could hear her scratching herself. When I went to look, she scratched her chin till it was bleeding. I stayed up with her to stop her from making it worse. She is still licking the side of her face and trying to scratch her chin. She is also licking her front legs. Any ideas on what we can do to give her some relief. You can see her skin is irritated and raw. Thank you! 066FB210-957C-4605-8928-A05A70758265F3DA9DDE-4694-474B-87E2-21B6E9A2F9FA

Your poor girl - that sounds uncomfortable.  And such a fast onset!  I wonder in particular about parasites (mites, fleas), allergy, and pain (sometimes dogs get toothache, stings, changes to the tongue etc;  sometimes they lick in an odd place as displacement when they can't reach the correct area).  Other possible skin diseases may include endocrine diseases, folliculitis or fold pyoderma, even cancer in rare extreme cases.   Your emergency vet is a good person to talk to about temporary releif (they can prescribe) and we hope that she she can see a vet soon!
